People come to me when they’re carrying something that feels difficult to hold alone.
Often it isn’t a single problem to solve, but a moment of decision, transition, or responsibility that asks for more care than speed.
Rather than offering answers, I support people in strengthening their own capacity for discernment, helping them listen beneath the surface, let go of what no longer serves, and choose a way forward with integrity and care.
I work with individuals navigating consequential decisions or transitions; with small groups seeking depth, alignment, or renewal; and with teams and organizations facing complexity that cannot be resolved through structure alone. I shape the form of the work in response to what the moment requires.
Throughout, the emphasis is on practicing ways to be clear, grounded, and connected to your aliveness as you meet what is being asked of you now.
“Working with Di has helped me lead from a more authentic place. She coaches me to hear my deepest voice—and to trust it—an invaluable skill in a world that constantly pulls us away from ourselves. I lead with more confidence now, not because I changed who I am, but because I’m less likely to override my own knowing.”
