We’ll design the work together.
You know what you’re up against and longing for.
That’s where we start.
Senior leaders arrive thoughtful and self-aware. What they need is allies, champions, truth-tellers, and a place to be honest with themselves. The per-session model treats growth as episodes. Accompaniment follows the whole arc of what you’re facing.
Most often that’s a six-month engagement, sometimes three, with conversations every other week and a full day together in person — at my home in Marin, or wherever you are — to go deeper, integrate and make brave choices.
And when it helps to bring others in — a partner, a team, a board, whoever is sponsoring the work — we do.
I’m reachable between conversations, and I’m thinking about your situation whether or not we’re talking.
We meet regularly and close deliberately, with an explicit harvest of how you’ve grown and what you’re taking away, and check in six weeks later to see what’s held. That’s true in every form the work takes.
“As a brand-new ED, I was so afraid of making mistakes and was driven primarily by a fear of failure. Diane gave me the permission and tools to be myself and trust myself. Now I can invite others into the work and am building a collaborative culture that empowers all of the leaders within my organization. I don’t have to bear it all on my own or protect people from hard and complicated choices.”
— Lindsay Nako, Executive Director, Impact Fund
What you're investing in
I frame this work as a single engagement and price it as a whole. You’re investing in my judgment and presence, in service of your own.
I only take a small number of clients at a time.
“Sarina sat on my executive team, carrying three vital functions, so how she led shaped the entire company. I brought Diane in to deepen her strengths and extend her range. It was a no-brainer investment.”
— Sandy Saputo, former CEO, True Botanicals
