I work with people at moments when certainty gives way to something more honest.

Moments when familiar roles, expectations and ways of making sense no longer work and something truer, more alive begins to emerge.

My role is not to provide answers.

It’s to help people slow down enough to see what they haven’t been able to see, let go of what they have outgrown, and listen for what is calling them forward.

This work asks for trust in inner guidance which can be challenging in a world that over-indexes on speed, certainty and external validation.

I spent my early career at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and culture, in corporate environments shaped by high performance expectations and constant pressure.

Over time, I felt the cost of that intensity and the need to create spaces that make discernment, presence, and honest reflection possible, especially when the stakes are high. This radical work has been the heart of my practice for the last twenty years.

This continues today, shaping my role as a Partner at The Curious Company, and close collaborations with facilitators, strategists, and healers whose work I respect deeply and am inspired by daily.

My professional practice is grounded in a long relationship with meditation, somatic work, and personal growth. These each shape how I listen and how I show up. As we face so many things falling away and apart in our world right now, I am especially interested in what helps us remain open and connected to our light as we move through portals of fear and grief.

adrienne maree brown, Staci Haines, Spring Washam, Francis Weller and Jack Kornfield have all shaped my understanding of courage and embodiment. Each has taught me valuable lessons about how to stay engaged with the world without hardening.

Outside of work, I am a partner and a parent of two remarkable humans. Living close to the land and tending bees has become its own practice that teaches me to value patience, interdependence and keeps me grounded in wonder.

My lived experiences shape me as much as any formal training.
